ELECTION NOTICE 2024-25
Dear Colleagues
Notice is hereby given for election of office bearers of ISPGHAN for the year 2024-25. The following posts are open for nomination.
President: 1 post
Secretary: 1 post
Treasurer: 1 post
Jt Treasurer: 1 post (Resident of Chennai)
EB members: 1 from each of the 5 zones (Zone details in nomination form)
Only Full life members of ISPGHAN are eligible to apply. Requirements for each post are given in the Memoranda of agreement of ISPGHAN available on the ISPGHAN website.
A 2 page nomination form is attached with the notice.
The time schedule of election is as follows
Last date for submission: 5 PM on 31 Aug 2023
Last date for withdrawal: 5 PM on 05 Sep 2023
Scrutiny of forms: 07 Sep 2023
Election if required: from 10 th to 24 th Sep 2023 ( Online subject to feasibility )
Declaration of Results: Before 30 th Sep 2023
Dr. Malathi Sathiyasekaran will be the Returning Officer for this election. All further communications regarding elections will be sent by her.
Completed nomination form (2 Page’s) and signed by proposer and seconder and scanned (proposer and seconder may download the form, if from different cities fill the name of the candidate and the post applied for, affix their signature, scan and send to the concerned applicant who will then compile and send it as single application) have to be sent to the Returning officer Dr. Malathi Sathiyasekaran with a covering letter ONLY at her email mal.bwcs@gmail.com.
