Notice is hereby given for election of office bearers of ISPGHAN for the year 2022-23. The following posts are open for nomination

President : 1 post
Secretary : 1 post
Treasurer : 1 post
Jt Treasurer : 1 post (Resident of Chennai)
EB members : 1 from each of the 5 zones (Zone details in nomination form)

Only Full life members of ISPGHAN are eligible to apply. Requirements for each post aregiven in the Memoranda of agreement of ISPGHAN.

The time schedule of election is as follows

Last date for submission : 5 PM on 31 Aug 2021
Last date for withdrawal : 5 PM on 03 Sep 2021
Scrutiny of forms : 05 Sep 2021
Election if required : from 10 th to 24 th Sep 2021
Declaration of Results : Before 30 th Sep 2021

Completed nomination form and signed forms of proposer and seconder (proposer and seconder may download the form, fill the name of the candidate and the post applied for, affix their signature, scan and send to the concerned person) may be sent to the Returning officer with a covering letter to his
